At the invitation of the Australian Education Management Group, the delegation of the University of Western Australia visited China on March 14th – March 17th, under the leadership of Mr. Iain Watt, Pro Vice Chancellor. The delegation was accompanied by AEMG’s AEMG’s CEO Mr. LI Xinqing, Director General Ms. WANG Jing and Director of Global Engagement and Partnership Department Elroy DUAN went to visit cooperative universities of China.
On the morning of March 14th, Director of Global Engagement and Partnership Department Elroy DUAN accompanied the delegation to visit University of Chinese Academy of Sciences . They were received and held by Vice Prsident Professor WU Yueliang. During the meeting, the two parties had a detailed consultation on the cooperation and reached a broad consensus. The relevant students of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences attended the meeting.
Accompanied by AEMG’s CEO Mr. LI Xinqing , General Director Jenny Wang, Mr Iain Watt, Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) of UWA visited SDUW on 16th March. Prof. Chen Guanjun, Vice President of SDUW with relevant staff from International Office and Business School met with Mr. Iain Watt. During the meeting, the two sides discussed the program promotion, enrollment and other matters.
On the morning of March 17th, AEMG’s CEO Mr. LI Xinqing accompanied the delegation to visit Nanjing University of Finance and Economics. They were held by President Professor SONG Xuefeng, Vice President WANG Kaitian. During the meeting, the three parties had a detailed consultation on the cooperation and reached a broad consensus. The leaders of the relevant campus of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics attended the meeting.
Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) Mr. Iain Watt, the university of Western Australia, visited Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine who accompanied by Mr. Li Xinqing, President of AEMG, on Mar.17, 2017. The delegation was held by vice president professor TAN Renxiang, The two sides discussed the possible cooperation areas and cooperation modes in the future, and planned the cooperation, and top management of university hope to conduct practical projects in order to satisfy practical needs and seek common interests to achieve the interactive communication. The relevant staff from International Office and school of Pharmacy attended the conference.
The visit further enhanced the communication between AEMG and its partner universities, and ensured a smooth and efficient operation of joint education programs.
