Swinburne University of Technology visits China 6th- 8th May, 2019

A delegation from Swinburne University of Technology (SUT) was warmly welcomed by a number of partner universities in China.  The delegation was led by Dr. Bill Damachis (Dean, Transnational Education) and included Prof. Sivanes Philipson (Associate Dean International, Faculty of Health, Arts & Design) and Ms. Sonia Chan (Associate Director Partnerships), and was accompanied by Mr. Yuqi LV (Vice President, Engagement), Ms. Carol CHEN (Director of Student Service Department, China) and other staff from AEMG.

The delegation visited:

Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, Xianlin Campus, and were hosted by Prof. Aijun XU (Vice Dean, School of Health Economics and Management).  The delegation was also introduced to students studying in the joint program;

Central China Normal University, and were welcomed by Prof. Yuhua QIU (Party Secretary, School of Life Sciences) and Prof. Baoshen QIU (Dean, School of Life Sciences.

At all universities, constructive discussions were held between the parties and AEMG on existing projects and avenues to develop further opportunities in areas of mutual interest were enthusiastically explored.
