A NEUQ delegation led by Prof. LI Xiaoqi, Vice President were welcomed to Australia to visit University of Technology, Sydney and AEMG in Melbourne.
From 2nd to 3rd of June, Mr. Iain Watt, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice President (International) and other key staff of UTS warmly welcomed and officially hosted the NEUQ delegation. The NEUG delegation were accompanied by Mr. Roger LI, President, AEMG. Extensive discussions were held between the three parties in relation to potential collaborative programs and future opportunities. The delegation was also taken on a tour of various university laboratories across multiple campuses.
In the afternoon of the 4th June, the delegation were warmly welcomed by Roger to AEMG’s Melbourne Office. Detailed discussion was held and an agreement reached for further collaboration. Following a visit to AEMG’s Chinese Cultural Center, Prof. LI Xiaoqi expressed his high level of appreciated and efforts for culture, education and scientific research between China and Australia over the years.
