2017 AEMG PD Training has been Successfully Concluded

As from 24th July 2017 to 11th August 2017, senior cadre and future cadre of Australia Education Management Group have been successfully completed their three-weeks training sessions in Australia. All of them were awarded with the AEMG certificates of Leadership Professional Development Program.

This training takes group training pattern and aims to improve the international vision and quality of senior management cadres, to create an excellent management team with AEMG special characteristics. During week one, the team members received their tuition at the AEMG Melbourne Training Center, Deakin University and University of South Australia; Week two, they split into small groups and continued their learning experience both practically and theoretically at Griffith University, University of Tasmania, Australian National University, Macquarie University, AEMG Melbourne Training Center and Deakin University respectively; Week three, the staff members finished their workshop at RMIT, Swinburne University of Technology and AEMG Melbourne Training Center. Finally, the summary report in AEMG Melbourne Training Center turned out to be the highlight of the whole program. AEMG CEO Mr. Roger Li, granted the certificates of AEMG Leadership Professional Development Program to every trainee.

Through this training, one had better understanding of the importance of the effective communication among departments. It also upgraded their organization and coordination and leading abilities, updated everyone’s management concepts, and teamwork spirit were built up and strengthened together. In the meanwhile, It also taught everyone how to apply the knowledge acquired in the training better into future work.
