On July 24th, 2017, Middle and Senior management and reserve cadres of Australia Education Management Group started a three -week training in AEMG Melbourne Training Center and the University of Western Australia.
This training takes group training pattern and aims to improve the international vision and quality of senior management cadres, to create an excellent management team with AEMG special characteristics. In the day, AEMG CEO Mr. Roger Li gave the opening speech for the training, encouraging the training staff to actively take participate in classroom interaction and communication training activities during the period from 24th July to 11th August, to integrate with local culture and put them into action.
During the training, Group One，leaded by AEMG Director General Ms. Jenny Wang, made group presentation and discussion around the topic ‘design thinking’ of a seminar which used Lego as training tools. When each group members completed the assembling order, on the one hand, it cultivated their innovative thinking ability and let them deeply understand AEMG, duties and responsibilities of functional departments, branches, individual job, on the other hand, it improved their problem analysing and solving abilities. Group Two, leaded by Executive Director of AEMG Academy (China) Ms. Joyce Xu, made communication training activities of teaching management, program management and student management, which further improved training staff comprehensive coordination and communication abilities.
