Shandong University, Weihai visit AEMG and the University of Tasmania. Swinburne University of Technology

 

With the invitation from AEMG and partner universities in Australia, the delegation of Shandong University, Weihai led by Vice President Prof. GUO Peiliang visited Australia during 27th November to 1st December.

On 28th November, Vice President of AEMG Prof. Peter Frappell and Research Program Officer of AEMG Dr. Jacko FENG accompanied the delegation to visit the University of Tasmania. Deputy Vice Chancellor Prof. Monique Skidmore warmly welcomed the delegation. During the meeting, the two parties had a detailed consultation on the cooperation and reached a broad consensus. Later, the delegation visited the Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies Taroona and experimental aquaculture facility.

On 29th November, Research Program Officer of AEMG Dr. Jacko FENG accompanied the delegation to visit high speed impact and nano material laboratories of Swinburne University of Technology. Prof. Dong Ruan warmly welcomed the delegation. During the meeting, the two parties had a detailed consultation on the cooperation and reached a broad consensus.

On 30th November,the delegation made an official visit to Australia Education Management Group headquarter. The delegation was warmly welcomed by CEO of AEMG Mr. Roger LI. Roger accompanied the delegation to visit AEMG’s headquarters and had a meeting. During the meeting, the two parties had a detailed consultation on the cooperation and reached a broad consensus. Then, the delegation visited Chinese Traditional Culture Spread Center, professor GUO Peiliang gave a highly appreciated to AEMG and full of confidence for future cooperation.

The mutual understanding and trust has been deepened between AEMG and the partner universities along with the visits, and the areas of cooperation have been broadened as well.
