SDUW delegation visit collaborative universities in Australia

With the invitation of Australia Education Management Group and the collaborative universities in Australia, the delegation of Shandong University, Weihai made a formal visit to Australia from 26th June 2017 to 30th June 2017, under the leadership of prof. LIU Jianya, the president of Shandong University, Weihai.

On 27th June, AEMG’s CEO Mr. Roger LI and the Director General Ms. Jenny WANG accompanied with the delegation to visit Swinburne University of Technology, Vice Chancellor and President Prof. Linda Kristjanson welcomed the guests’ visit. During the meeting, the two parties had a detailed consultation on the cooperation and reached a broad consensus. The delegation visited national laboratory and bestowed high praise after meeting.

On 29th June, AEMG’s CEO Mr. Roger LI and the Director General Ms. Jenny WANG accompanied with the delegation to visit Australian National University, Professor Shirley Leitch, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Global Engagement), Professor Andrew Roberts, Dean, ANU College of Physical and Mathematical Science, Professor Elanor Huntington, Dean, ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science etc. received the delegation. During the meeting, the two parties had a detailed consultation on the cooperation and reached a broad consensus.

The visit further enhanced the communication between AEMG and its partner universities, and lay a solid foundation for further cooperation in the next stage.
